PAYMENT & REFUND STANDARDS
Clear Policies for International & Domestic Patients
1. Accepted Payment Methods & Same-Price Policy
Payment is completed at the clinic after your 1:1 doctor consultation. We accept Korean Won (KRW), major international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay with zero discriminatory tourist surcharges.
2. Unused Treatment & Package Refund Calculation
Before any procedure or unsealing of device tips/vials begins, a full refund is available upon request. For multi-session packages partially completed, the refund equals the total paid amount minus the regular single-session price of completed treatments and the statutory 10% termination fee under Korean FTC Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards.
3. On-Site VAT Tax Refund for Foreign Visitors
International tourists holding a valid foreign passport (staying in Korea for less than 6 months) are eligible for Korean medical VAT tax refund. Present your passport at our 6F reception desk upon checkout to receive your official tax refund slip. Note: If a treatment is refunded, any issued VAT tax refund slip is automatically voided.
