1. Information We Collect
When you request a consultation or book an appointment, we collect your name, contact channel (WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, phone, email), preferred visit date, and voluntary aesthetic concerns. For in-clinic treatment and VAT tax refund, passport identification and medical history are recorded as required by Korean Medical Law.
2. Purpose of Processing & Retention
Your data is used solely for medical consultation, appointment scheduling, multilingual interpretation support, aftercare follow-up, and VAT tax refund processing. Clinical charts are retained securely for the statutory period mandated by Article 22 of the Korean Medical Service Act (minimum 5–10 years) and destroyed securely thereafter.
3. Confidentiality & Patient Rights
